Introducing The Exclusive Shingletown Pale Ale

It’s not everyday you get your own beer. We’re so excited to announce our very first self-titled brew—the new Shingletown Pale Ale. Cheers!

Our friends at Northwest Peaks Brewery just around the corner in Ballard have created this new draft exclusively for us. The nicely balanced beer is very drinkable with a light citrus and woody hop character supported by a medium-bodied, slightly malty base (5.0% ABV). The Shingletown Pale can only be found in our bar, so come on in and give it a try!

NW Peaks is a local nano-brewery that makes no more than one barrel of beer per batch in order to focus on quality over quantity. Rather than a few signature brews available at all times, two beers are released each month and are only available while supplies last. This allows for seasonal drafts, creative experiments, and feedback on the most popular beers that may be replicated. From the NW Peaks Brewery website: “We provide Seattlites with local, seasonal beer that can be bought directly from the brewer. We focus on quality, not quantity and celebrate the more flavorful varieties.”
